Activities and goings on for kids on Whidbey.

This weekend, there are a couple of holiday-related happenings.

Children’s Holiday Workshop at the Waldorf School, Saturday, 10am-3pm. All sorts of kids crafts, open to the public. Lunch is available, I believe.

Nordic Fest, Saturday, 9:30am – 3:30pm, at the South Whidbey High School. Norwegian music, food, craft demonstrations and vendors. Even a kids craft table.

We’re going to post here about things to do with kids on Whidbey Island: ongoing meetings and storytimes, special seasonal events, informal playdates at the beach or the park that are open to anyone…. Anything we can find that is an interesting activity for kids or a resource to parents.

We also have an email list, where we’ll send out announcements and reminders about events, and you can share your knowledge and experiences too.
